While CCTV is installed at many of our larger purpose-built sites, not all of our smaller properties currently have it. That said, every University Quarter property is fitted with modern, secure doors and windows to help protect you and your belongings.

We also make sure every new tenant receives a practical guide on how to keep their home secure—whether you’re coming back late from a night out or heading off early for a lecture or gym session. We’re here to help you feel safe, informed, and supported throughout your stay.
