What is the application process for international students?
International students are encouraged to check our website for available housing options and then contact us via email, phone, or form sign-ups. Upon communication, we will send a contract detailing the rent breakdown, deposit terms, and required documents.
What is the minimum and maximum tenancy length for international postgraduates?
We offer contract lengths on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.
Do you accept couples or tenants with children?
We do not have housing options suitable for couples or children below the age of 18.
Do I require a guarantor?
No, we do not expect you to have a guarantor. Instead, we charge a deposit which will be returned at the end of your tenancy.
How do I pay my rent?
Rent can be paid through international transfer services like Flywire and BACS if you do not have a UK bank account. If you wish to open a UK bank account while you are in the UK, we also accept payments through direct debit.
Can I see the property before signing my contract?
Yes, we offer virtual viewings for all of our properties, allowing you to understand the layout and features before signing any agreement.
What is security like in your accommodation?
Our properties are in a safe environment and are monitored by CCTV cameras operating 24/7.
Are bills and Wi-Fi included in the rent?
Yes, all utility bills and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.
Do you provide laundry facilities?
Yes, our accommodations are equipped with laundry facilities, including washers and dryers.
