Terms & Conditions
- You must be a current UQ tenant to refer a friend. Your UQ address must be provided in the form.
- The referred friend must be a new UQ tenant who has not previously lived with us.
- £50 will be paid per room booked once the referred tenant has signed their contract and moved in.
- If a group books together, the reward will be capped at £350 for a full 7-bed house.
- Referrals must be made before the new tenant books their room.
- The referral form must be fully completed for eligibility.
- Offer does not apply to Studio or 2-bed bookings.
- Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the new tenant’s move-in date.
- This promotion may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.
