Do I have to be part of a group to book?
No, you can be an enquiry of any size and we will find you the student accommodation that best suits you.
Do you provide cleaners?
Some of our properties benefit from a weekly or biweekly cleaner, make sure to enquire to find out about whether the property you are interested in does.
What type of accommodation do you offer?
We offer a range of student accommodation options to fit all requirements. These include studios and shared apartment options to fit your budget.
Is your accommodation located close to universities and public transportation?
All of our student accommodation in Bradford is located within a 2 minute walk of the University of Bradford campus.
What is included in the rent price?
Utilities such as electricity, water, and internet are all included in your rent.
What are the payment options for rent?
You can choose to pay in one go when you first move in or in 3 instalments in line with your student finance dates. Get in touch for more info on this at [email protected]
Are the apartments furnished?
Yes, all our apartments come fully furnished however you may want to look at buying some additional appliances for when you arrive.
Is there on-site maintenance available?
We have our own in-house maintenance team who are on hand 24/7.
Are there laundry facilities available on-site?
All of our flats and houses come with their own laundry facilities as we are aware of the frustration students feel when one laundry facility is shared in a full building.
Are guests allowed to stay overnight?
Yes, of course! Visitors are allowed, we just ask that you respect your housemates and make sure that they are aware too.
